This is the stage of the life where we have to identify what triggers the stress. We can sit down and relax and recall what exactly caused the stress. This is the essential part where we get to know ourselves better.

There was once a man who was always brought his son out for parties. he had a wonderful time with his buddies and his son. as time flew his son grew up. he did not attend the outings with his father. now i15 yrs later they are the best of buddies going out for drinks and dinner.
I recalled a childhood memory of being with my best friends. I had three of them who were so close to me. They brought me out for shopping and for movies. We had a wonderful time. One day one of them lost her way and ended up in a bungalow. It was a rich man’s place. She did not know what to do. Guess what? She married the man who proposed to her. He liked her outspoken behavior and told her that he loved her. Time pass and we did not hear from her at all. Third yr she had a child who is of mixed race. Half indian and half caucasian. We wished her well. Now she is in Australia married to another one. She has a son.
